Say Yes To Success:
Changing Your Mindset to Manifest More For Your Life And Career!
Presenter: Susan Allen, RDN, LDN, FMNS
When I ask healthcare professionals what they want from a dream career, here’s what keeps coming up:
- Confidence – being up on the latest clinical knowledge to stay on the leading edge and ahead of the crowd
- Increased client satisfaction & outcomes – having more impact than ever before!
- Having superior business savvy and financial freedom
- Empowerment – to structure business your way and on your schedule
- Autonomy – being your own boss
- Enjoying work so much, you don’t even consider it work
The problem is, too many settle for less. Or they feel stuck where they are…Why?
Unconscious thoughts like. “It’s better than nothing.” “Why leave a sure thing?” It would take too much time, energy, and money.” “Or, who am I to dream so big?”
Turns out these are the same thoughts that can have you moving slowly or become stalled in general. If you’re challenged in other aspects, that can easily spill over into your career.
I get it – sometimes it feels safer to just stay where you are. So, in comes the excuses why things can’t change. Like…”I’m just not one of those lucky people”, “Nothing I try seems to ever work out”, “I have to pay my dues” or “I have to work my way up”.
Enough already! It’s time to rethink and banish these old thought patterns because I can tell you this – if you don’t change, you’ll just keep getting more of the same.
Is that really good enough?
It’s easy to get stuck in unconscious thought patterns, especially during challenging times, The unknown can be a scary place but mindset is everything. Those who have a daily focus in mindset shifting (yes it takes practice) get more of what they want in life.
I’m not making this up! There’s scientific research to prove the power of positive thinking!
So, here we go – it’s a new year and time for a reset. Time to break free from the bonds that hold you back.
Join me in this webinar and I’ll give you practical tools to change your thinking, change your life, and yes, even your career – get all your good once and for all!
